Born from the Market
Spices of Jaffa opened its doors at Clock Tower Square with a simple mission: to bring the authentic flavors of the Levant to home cooks, chefs, and curious travelers alike.
Our founders grew up wandering the alleyways of Old Jaffa, where the air is thick with cumin, cinnamon, and roasting coffee. That sensory memory became the foundation of everything we do.

Sourced with Integrity
We work directly with growers and spice merchants across the Mediterranean, North Africa, and the Middle East. Every supplier is vetted for quality, freshness, and fair trade practices.
Our saffron comes from trusted Iranian farms. Our sumac is harvested from wild bushes in the Galilee hills. Our za'atar blends use wild thyme foraged at peak season.
